Master's degree in politics from Åbo Akademi, majoring in public administration.

Staff Sergeant in the Finnish Reserves, completed military service at Nylands Brigade.

Partner in a growing European consulting company, with headquarters in Stockholm, since 2015.

Member of the Helsinki City Council and City Board 2012-.

Previous roles include State Secretary at the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Education and Culture, as well as serving as Special Advisor at several ministries. Worked collaboratively in several governments while in service of Ministers such as Carl Haglund, Stefan Wallin, and Jan-Erik Enestam.

Solvalla Sports Institute principal and CEO 2007-2009.

Active in several voluntary organizations such as Folkhälsan and Barnens By as well as various community assignments such as chairman of the board of Arcada University and member of the Helsinki City Theatre's board.

Badminton, going to the gym, jogging, and walking with our dog Benji are favourite leisure activities. Theater in all its forms is also of great interest. Also enjoy playing board games and making (or at least eating) good food with friends during free moments.

Fluent in Swedish, Finnish, and English and a solid foundation in German and French.
